These Terms of Service govern your use of Quantr, operated by Qapital B.V. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Quantr at quantr.co or app.quantr.co, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Quantr is a business intelligence platform that provides analytical tools, benchmarking, and AI-assisted insights for small and medium-sized enterprises. The platform is intended for professional use only.
Access to Quantr requires a valid subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including in cases of breach of these terms or non-payment.

Data you upload to Quantr (financial reports, operational data, etc.) remains your property. We process it solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.
Company data sourced from public registries (KvK, CBS) is used under the terms of those registries and is provided for informational purposes only.
All proprietary technology, scoring models, algorithms, and platform design remain the intellectual property of Qapital B.V. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of or licence to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the platform.
Quantr is provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, all analysis, scores, and valuations are indicative and based on available data. They do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. See our Disclaimer for more detail.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qapital B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to business decisions made on the basis of information provided by Quantr.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
