Quantr publishes research and data on listed micro and small-cap companies. It is research only. Nothing Quantr publishes, on this site, in its emails, on its Substack, or in the Quantr console, is investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or other financial instrument.
Research, not advice
Our research is general and impersonal. It is written for no one in particular and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation, knowledge, experience or tolerance for risk. We do not know you, and nothing we publish is a judgement that any security is suitable for you. Before making an investment decision, do your own research and, where appropriate, consult an adviser who is authorised to advise you.
Paying for access to Quantr, now or in future, buys access to research. It does not make that research advice, and it does not create an advisory, fiduciary or client relationship.
What our figures are
Figures are taken from company filings and market data and processed by our own methods. Quality scores, peer rankings, value ranges, implied returns and perception gaps are outputs of those methods under the assumptions we state alongside them. They are measurements and estimates, not forecasts, price targets or ratings, and they can be wrong. Source data can contain errors, and our processing can introduce others. Where we could not verify something, we say so in the piece.
Words such as "cheap", "fair" or "expensive" in the console describe where a price sits relative to a model's output. They are not a view on whether to buy, hold or sell.
Past results
Results we publish about our own screen, including the control study, are historical and partly hypothetical: the screen is replayed on past dates using what was public at the time. They carry the limits we state with them, including survivorship bias, and they are not a reliable indicator of future results.
Risk
Shares in small companies can be illiquid and highly volatile, and can lose all of their value. Prices, exchange rates and company circumstances change after publication. Every piece states the date of the prices it uses.
No investment services
Quantr does not manage money, execute or transmit orders, hold client assets or accept client capital, and it provides no personal investment advice.
Positions and conflicts
Every analysis states, as of its publication, the positions held in the company it covers. If a position or another conflict of interest exists, the piece says so.
Corrections
When we find an error, we correct the piece and say on it what changed and when. Report one to info@quantr.co.
No warranty
Everything is provided as is, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. To the extent the law allows, Quantr accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, what it publishes.
Jurisdiction
Quantr is operated from the Netherlands. Its research is not directed at anyone in a jurisdiction where publishing or accessing it would be unlawful.
